BOXING & CONDITIONING CLASS
This isn’t your average cardio boxing class. With Hard Fought, you’ll learn real boxing skills—proper technique, footwork, combinations, and defensive moves—while building strength, stamina, and confidence. These classes are designed to teach you how to box like a pro, even if you’re just starting out.
Don’t worry, you probably won’t be getting hit in the face. Our focus is on skill development, conditioning, and mastering the art of boxing, not beating each other up.
New to boxing? Arrive early so we can teach you some basics and how to wrap your hands properly—boxing starts with protecting yourself. Show up ready to work, learn, and fight for your goals. Let’s get it!
